PHOENIX, April 29, 2015 — Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation (Rainbow), a nonprofit organization that provides service-enriched housing programs for residents of rental housing communities throughout the country, has announced K. Nicole Flores, senior vice-president for the Austin office of City Real Estate Advisors, has been elected to its board as a director for 2015. With a background in several industry organizations and expertise in multifamily housing, Flores joins the 12 current leaders on Rainbow’s Board of Directors, which include:
A 19-year industry veteran, Flores is involved with several industry organizations including the Texasaffiliation of Affordable Housing Providers as Vice-President and lifetime Ex-Officio member and the annual Texas housing conference Chair. She previously served on the Affordable Housing Advisory Council as a Council Member and Secretary, as well as the mayor’s task force on the homeless and disabled in the city of Corpus Christi, Texas.
