Program offerings are available to residents through an innovative approach delivering live or pre-recorded learning modules to any Internet-capable device. Having already heavily invested in the technology, during the global health crisis, Rainbow was uniquely prepared to have uninterrupted services delivery through our LINK platform.
LINK, or Leveraging Innovative Netting Knowledge, includes:
National Call Center – Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs) who conduct regular outreach to communities to identify resident needs and uncover opportunities for the connection to programs and services.
Educational Programs – General Education Diploma (GED) and English as a Second Language (ESL) courses.
Web-Based Resident Applied Programming (WRAP) – Daily webinars which are both compliance- and resident-interest-driven. Empowering communities with everything from financial literacy to life skills, allowing residents access to services from the convenience of their homes.
Referral and Resource Linkage – Bringing resident needs to a meaningful resolution and a positive outcome through a connection of internal and partner resources.
RSCs also build coalitions, supplementing programs with expertise from local business leaders, state, and federal compliance groups, medical personnel, charitable organizations, and law enforcement resources. These programs directly correlate to tangible financial benefits, improving the asset’s performance. RSCs internalize features which residents want and need from the asset, encouraging long-term resident retention.
