Rainbow’s Vocational Training Program

Providing residents with the skills and knowledge to gain direct employment is the objective of this program. The program offers onsite training in apartment maintenance including certifications in pool operating and refrigerant handling; OSHA certifications for the handling and transport of chemicals and oil products; and fork lift certifications. The program removes barriers of entry to these industries by covering the cost of certifications and by directing residents through the job search and interviewing process.
