Phoenix, AZ – Rainbow’s “Community Investment Partner of the Year” Awarded to Centerline Capital Group
Every spring, Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation (Rainbow) hosts affordable housing leaders from around the country to its Annual Play It Forward Charity Golf Tournament. The event gives individuals the opportunity to network and raise money to support Rainbow’s service-enriched housing mission. During the event, Rainbow bestows an award to an organization that has been tremendously valuable in serving this mission.
This year, Rainbow has the pleasure of honoring the partnership with Centerline Capital Group through the presentation of the “Community Investment Partner of the Year” award. “Rainbow is delighted to work with an ownership entity that understands the important role services play in affordable housing communities and is so dedicated to its residents,” said Flynann Janisse, Rainbow’s Executive Director. “Up and down the management chain, all of Centerline’s staff understands that providing resident services makes good business sense. We are thankful for the opportunity to align ourselves with Centerline and look forward to what the future holds.”
In December 2011, Rainbow announced that it had secured a service contract for six of Centerline’s multifamily assets in the Houston market. Headquartered in New York, Centerline operates in 47 states and is listed by Multifamily Executive magazine as one of the nation’s top 5 owners in 2011. The partnership has successfully grown, with Centerline now having inserted Rainbow into a total of 11 assets in 2 states over the past 5 months.

Play It Forward will be held Friday, April 27 at the Rio Verde Country Club in Arizona. Golfers will be on course by 1:00 p.m. and the award ceremony, combined with a plated dinner, begins at 6:00 p.m.
