Each year, the Hill Country News in Texas publishes a special edition of their newspaper, identifying the best the community has to offer. Readers are treated to news on where to get the best of everything Cedar Park and Leander communities have to offer. The awards cover a broad range of categories including items such as the best doctor, best park, best elementary school, and the all important location of the best french fries. This year, Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation (Rainbow)-served Lakeline Apartments was awarded “Best Apartment Complex” by the weekly paper.

We are a not-for-profit organization that seeks to provide quality affordable housing for individuals and families. We employ the services of Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation to deliver programs and services to the residents of our community enriching the lives of those we collectively serve through education, resources, adult and youth programs, and community development. We believe in creating a community-living setting that fosters long-term residency and a quality of life beyond the walls of our apartments and the gates of our community.
Through Rainbow Housing we are able to offer unique opportunities for individuals and families to connect to resources and education that will support them in balancing their lives and enriching their experience in a community living environment. A few of the examples are adult and youth education, parenting and health/wellness classes, mentorship, financial literacy, job readiness, and various life skills.
We plan to bring a greater awareness to our resident services program so that we are able to engage more of our resident population in the opportunities available to them through Rainbow Housing.
Because of our unique focus, many would not expect a robust resident services program to be available in a multi-family community and the fact it is FREE to all residents.
As a not-for-profit organization, we look to partner with other organizations that align with our mission to provide services that promote healthy living through education and resources stabilizing the lives of individuals and families through our service-enriched housing model.
