Las Vegas, NV – Service-Enriched Housing Expands into Nevada
Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation (Rainbow) announced today the expansion of their service-enriched housing model to the Las Vegas market. In an agreement with property management firm Foundation Realty, Rainbow will be providing its remote services to several four- and eight-plex communities. Foundation Realty has over 10 years of management experience in Nevada and offers several distinct benefits to their owner clients.
To ensure a productive entry into the market, Rainbow spent the month leading up to the agreement researching the available support network in the metro area. During that time, Rainbow documented over 50 different categories of assistance and support available to residents, sustained by dozens of charitable and for-profit organizations. This mix provides Rainbow the perfect underpinning for the organization to build coalitions that offer residents a clear, realistic path to self-sustainability.
