Rose needed help preparing her resume and finding employment. She and her Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) discussed the various aspects of a resume and how to make it look professional and inviting for employers. The RSC assisted in Rose’s job search and in completing applications. Together, they discussed potential interview questions and how to answer them with confidence. Rose caught on to the concepts and could identify the character traits of an ethical employee. She used her newfound skills and interview techniques to acquire employment as a youth supervisor at an indoor playground.
