Rainbow’s 2025 Human Impact Fundraiser

Transforming Stability Into Opportunity
Thanks to the generosity of partners and supporters nationwide, our 2025 Human Impact Fundraiser raised an inspiring $320,000. This achievement reflects our shared commitment to strengthening communities and advancing the social and economic mobility of low-income individuals and families.
Expanding Access, Empowering Progress
As the needs of residents evolve, Rainbow remains committed to meeting people where they are—onsite and through our LINK platform. The Human Impact Fund enables us to expand access to essential services, reduce barriers, and support households facing financial pressures, unexpected life events, and shifting economic conditions.
2025 Impact Priorities
Our work this year is guided by nine key areas that address the most urgent needs across our communities:
  1. Health and wellness support
  2. Educational opportunities and academic readiness
  3. Workforce training and advanced skills development
  4. Employment services and career navigation
  5. Housing stability and crisis support
  6. Financial literacy and long-term resilience
  7. Credit building and financial strengthening
  8. Access supports, including transportation and technology
  9. Scholarships for education, workforce credentials, and resident leadership
Building a Foundation for the Future
These focus areas form a unified strategy designed to advance health, education, employment, and financial stability. With your support, residents gain the tools to overcome barriers, build momentum, and pursue meaningful goals.
Stories of Impact, Powered by You
Every contribution fuels real outcomes, residents earning certifications, securing employment, accessing food resources, strengthening credit, or stabilizing their housing during times of crisis.
A Shared Vision
We extend our deepest gratitude to every donor, partner, and community champion. Together, we are creating a future defined by stability, opportunity, and upward mobility for all.

Warmly,
Flynann Janisse, Executive Director
