Three New Sites Launch in Dallas

Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation (Rainbow) is proud to announce the successful launch of services at three additional multifamily housing assets in Dallas. Included as part of a broader deal with Centerline Capital Group in the region, all received full-time Resident Services Coordinators (RSC). These RSCs will deploy Rainbow’s award-winning, service-enriched housing model working with both the youth and adult populations, providing a full-range of supportive services to these residents.

Texas has been, and continues to be, a focus for Rainbow, building on the partnerships with the local HUD offices, housing authorities, charitable organizations, elected and law enforcement officials, and businesses. Below is additional information on the three sites that launched and you may always find the other locations at which Rainbow is providing services.

Rush Creek
Rush Creek apartments is a 248-unit community located in South Arlington and is minutes from several local employment opportunities at The Parks Mall and The Highlands. Rainbow is looking forward to working with the educators within the exceptional Mansfield school district.

 

Ironwood Crossing
Ironwood Crossing is a large, 280-unit complex located in Fort Worth. The community caters to families looking for quality, affordable housing having built in several amenities, such as two playgrounds, where the youth may safely engage in physical activities and organized sports.

 

 

 

Champion Townhomes at Pecan Groves
Champion Townhomes at Pecan Groves is an income-restricted, 250-unit community in Dallas that features several unique layouts from which residents may choose. Depending on family size and need, there are one-, two-, and three-bedroom units available to the residents.
