This program engages the male participants of the community in a Rainbow-developed employment assistance program that encourages full-time employment or promotion.

Focus Areas: self-sufficiency, resume assistance, computer literacy, personal development, and job assistance.

Return on Ingenuity for Females (ROI f)

This program is designed to enhance education, and employability for the female head of household. It capitalizes on female ingenuity in today’s economic environment to reach financial security and stability.

Focus Areas: transforming self-image, guiding personal thought processes, impacting life choices, and leveraging leadership skills.

Tie Me a Future

This program engages the male youth participants of the community in a Rainbow-developed youth empowerment program.

Focus Areas: transforming self-image, guiding personal though processes, impacting life choices, and leveraging leadership skills.

Capital Area Asset Builders (CAAB)

Through a 5-part learning module series, residents position themselves for a more secure future by learning the essential life skills of setting financial goals, tracking expenses, budgeting and saving, credit, compound interest, and credit reports.

A Better Me, A Better We

This program focuses on essential life skills, and personal and workforce development. The participant is guided through a multi-step program that includes self-concept skills, critical thinking skills, continuing education, and employment.

GED Preparation and Study Program

Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation in collaboration with At Home Education.com is offering a General Education Development (GED) program. Testing is conducted on an ongoing basis and all fees are waived for these live classroom sessions. Click here to learn more.
